Hello, here is an improved version of version 3.0
this fixes many bugs
it also includes portable python python-3.11.3.amd64 with pip setting on the latest version
REPLACED 3.8.9
It was Paulo himself who helped me correct the few faults encountered.
Automatic file creation for those who do not need the portable version of Python.
As usual, the version is in English
fixed a certain bug with proxies which could loop at times, if the server detected you, and it was safe for me. "Be careful, I've only had this happen once. It may not be completely perfect yet ^^'

Correction due to a bug which occurred after a certain number of hits on PC
logically this should resolve the problem of the % of macs which should logically stop once finished (not sure, because I didn't have the bug, I can't check).

Logically no more updates afterwards, we will go directly to 4.0.

If you add a simple URL to the portal, you must add:80 at the end.
Only at the beginning when you want to know if the url and ok, then on the second part no need to add :80 if it's a simple URL.
PS: yes always encrypted, because I see it working on telegram, on Spanish servers, etc.
