[cXF] Hide attachments with notice 1.1.2 xenforo 2​

Description:

Completely hide attachments with a permission-based notification. You can change the notification text by editing the sentence.

Features:
Hide attachments with user permissions (in the administrator control panel, set permissions for a user or user groups).
Attachments are hidden with a notification (edit the cxf_hide_attachments sentence to change the text).
