onepanel 1.4 sqlite edition​

I have taken a stock 1.4 one panel and re wrote all the code to make it use sqlite3 instead of mysql
if you instal it to plublic html and leave the folder named onepanel no edits needed if you change the install path then you must edit three files db.php index.php and functions.php
all three files have this line near the top $dbFile = ($_SERVER["DOCUMENT_ROOT"] . "/onepanel/db.php");edit the second half of thuis line to match your install location thats it.
