PREDATOR" MAC and m3u SCANNER WRITTEN IN PY FOR WINDOWS​

Re-added the script written in Python (porting) for Wndows.
In the .rar you will find Python Portable, there is no need to download the Python package and install it on the PC, once unzipped where you want, double click on the "Predator_Decoded.bat" file

Inside the .rar you will find a tutorial; additionally here in the forum you will find a tutorial with screenshots.
